We will be having church at the beach on Sunday September 6 (Labor Day Weekend). We will meet at Little Island State Park in Sandbridge and have shelter 1 reserved all day! The service will start at our regular time – 10: 30 am. We take care of the parking fee. This is a great time to invite friends! Immediately following the service will be a baptism in the ocean – please contact Pastor Steve at Steve@EssentialChurch.tv if you are interested in being baptized.
We will be cooking out after the baptism! There’s three ways you can let us know what you’ll be bringing. You can use the sign-up sheet at the information table at church. You can email mmeyerwatson1959@yahoo.com directly. Or you can just use the comment form below.
We’ll supply the plates, burgers, dogs, and plastic-ware. All you need to do is bring a side to share and your own cooler of drinks. Also if you are a manly man and would like to start a fire and grill the burgers and hot dogs, let Maria know.
Side Dish Suggestions: potato salad, past salad, baked beans, kid’s mac & cheese, chips and dip, sliced tomatoes/onions/lettuce for hamburgers
Dessert Suggestions : fruit, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, pudding/jello cups
